You will be welcomed at the Airport by a Globe Travel Centre representative and transferred to your hotel where you can check in and unwind on arrival. Spend your first day in Vietnam at leisure. Overnight in HCM City.

This morning, we have organised for you to visit the Cu Chi war tunnels which is a network of underground tunnels used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. The tunnels were the location of several military campaigns during the Vietnam War and besides being used as hiding spots, were also used as communication and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous North Vietnamese fighters. Later this morning you will also have the opportunity to visit a rice paper workshop. In the afternoon, visit the Reunification Palace. Discover real Saigon through the eyes of a local. Visit the bustling Cho Lon market, a hidden Chinese pagoda, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, and the City Hall. Return to your hotel and spend your evening at leisure. This morning after breakfast, your morning will start with a sightseeing excursion to Tay Ninh. Here we will take you to the Great Cao Dai temple to learn about ‘Caodaism’ (a mixture of Buddhism, Confucius, Taoism, Hinduism andChristianity).Those interested can also take part in the afternoon mass. Return to your hotel to spend your evening at leisure. Overnight in HCM City.

This morning head to My Tho village (2.5 hrs drive) for your first boat trip on the mighty Mekong Delta and into her tranquil canals. Your first stop will be on one of the area's many islands where you can enjoy some seasonal fruits along with local tea and fresh honey, Visit a local rice wine distillery for wine tasting and then paddle one of the small sampans along the smaller waterways. Break for lunch after this busy morning after which you will be able to take a leisurely afternoon bicycle ride lasting for couple of hours stopping along the way to visit local villages and meet some local people. Your driver will meet you at some point to drive to the largest town in the area, Can Tho. Once booked into your hotel, the rest of the evening is at your leisure. Overnight in Can Tho.

This morning, your guide will take you on a small local boat to visit the floating market where you can watch local vendors trading with farmers in all manner of fresh produce. You will then continue to explore the tributaries of the Mekong seeing how people live their lives by and on the river. Once you re connect with your driver, there are craft villages to explore including the sweet making village where samples are a plenty. Returning to your hotel, the evening is at your leisure. Overnight in Can Tho.

This morning you will be transferred to the local airport to connect with your flight to Phu Quoc Island. Once on the island and taken to sign into your hotel, the remainder of the day and evening is at your leisure. Overnight on Phu Quoc Island.

Spend your days at leisure relaxing on the beach in the resort or exploring the island.

You will be transferred to the Phu Quoc airport for your flight to HCM City Airport to connect with your International outbound flight.
